Anand Karaj - Spiritual Marriage
27 Apr 10
Dhan dhan is my Gur and Guru with His grace the illusions are broken and love can make it’s way through!!!
Dear blessed and beautiful sangat jee,
A few weeks ago we were at a wedding and the anand karaj was about to take place. We closed our eyes and did dandout to all the saints and great souls, to bless us with with the inner vision to see our wedding with Him. When the wedding ceremony began we heard the first Lama, joy filled our being and it began tingling from the top of our body to our feet. We felt the great presence of Babji and Par brahm enter our body. We felt anand fill our heart and body and we felt amrit pulsating from within and all around. We asked for blessing for everyone that was there, we prayed that they all be blessed with love and naam. We prayed thatthey be blessed with the grace of the true Satguru. We prayed for the couple who were getting married and we asked if they could both be blessed with a life of naam and truth.
Soon after through inner vision, Babaji (radiant and beauitful) handed the pala and he put his hand on our head. Within our smadhi I couldn’t see who I was marrying yet I could feel the extreme love and warmth radiating next to me and within me. I couldn’t lift my eyes to look at Him, for I am not worthy of a glance at my Beloved. Yet I knew that he loved me uncondionally and he would always carry me forever. The Anand Karaj started and I saw my wedding begin to my Beloved. I kept my head down throughout the whole ceremony, feeling vast amounts of amrit accelerating throughout my being. It was immensely overwhelming, but controllably peaceful and loving. At the end I stood up and did Dandout to my beautiful, beauitful, wonderful Satguru, who has united me with my Beloved Par Brahm. I also did dandout to my Beloved and glimpsed at His magnificent and radiant feet.
After this very powerful and intoxicating experience we opened our eyes and we felt greatly humbled that He would ever want the marry such a fool like myself. We felt humbled that my wonderful, beautiful, loving, compassionate and kind Satguru had united me with Him. We feel eternally grateful and we forever beg to sit at our Guru’s feet. We know that the when we surrender ourselves completely to our Satguru, only them can this marriage take place. Thankyou Babaji, Sant jee and Tanraj jee, all the saints and all the blessed sangat jee, friends and enemies. Without these blessing we are nothing, all is yours, all is your grace.

PART 2
After this most precious marriage took place we began thinking about our wordly marriage.
“Marriage is just an illusion” Babaji
We fully accept that wordly marriage is just an illusion created by maya. Through wordly marriage we have the ability to lots of bad deeds. We can toture our partner, violence, cruelty, emotional illhealth, adultery or smother them and put all our expectations on them. People often find themselves in the trap of wordly marriage and they find it hard to escape the duties from this.
However, marriage is a karmic contract that we have with our wordly partners. Almost like a business deal that we have made with God and we have promised to serve them for as long as this karmic contract is necessary. Marriage is another way of spiritual growth is doesn’t have to just be about the luxuries of physical and emotional pleasure.
Through spiritual growth we realise that marriage is another way to serve, we serve our partner without the trappings of attachment. Within the world we often forget that our wordly partner does not belong to us and we can’t take owner ship of them. They are Par Brahm’s just like we all are, they belong to Him. They have their own karmic contracts to fulfil. Whatever they experience we can not project this onto ourselves, instead we have to accept that they are dealing with their own Panj doots and maya, as we are dealing with ours. We can not become attached to them, because we are all searching True Husband
With the blessing of Babaji, we have learned that we are only here to serve, be it parner, children, parents, siblings, friends, sangat, enemies and the list goes on. We have no other pupose, we are simply vessels for light to shine through us and share the gyan and serve others in every way we can. Through selfless service we are cleaning up our own karmic debt and through this cleansing process, Par Brahm can work. Through these wordly relationships we can learn the qualities of love, kindness, compassion, patience, truthfulness. These are all qualities of God, we do not have the right to abuse another, through the excuse of my partner, my child, my family, my friend or even my enemy.
We all responsible for our actions and we have to remember to serve everyone!!!!
Without dhan, dhan Babaji we are nothing, may we forever stay at the sangat’s feet forever.

Thankyou
