The Path of Least Resistance

Salutations, exaltations, prostrations to Primordial, Potent, Supreme  Source.

Many individuals stumble across the path of Grace either by design or by default.  If it is by design that would mean that, they would have had, an explorative, interactive approach to meeting the Master, towards enlightenment  and self – realisation. They would have taken individual ownership and responsibility towards seeking this path. If it is by default, that would denote to the fact that the individual did not intentionally steer their direction towards the path of self – enlightenment, and that they did not have a directive approach to seek it out. .

From my own observations of Truth Seekers it seems that many individuals may at times fluctuate between varying degrees of states of bewilderment and confusion. Throwing them into an abyss of the questioning game and forcing them to question how they reached the path of Grace, or how it reached out too them. As well as questioning the Truth Teacher and the protocol in which the Truth Teachers operate within.

 I would like to clarify that if one stumbles across the path of Grace either by design or default. There are no accidents, and that there is a Divine purpose for everything we encounter. Everything arises from the play of karmic transaction. We are the sum total reality of our very own individual karma. The collection of good deeds accumulates to good karma. Hence, when the opportunity arises and when there is a flow of grace in accordance to time, place, space, one will stumble across the Truth. As Master Tanraj Ji say’s ‘As deserved.’

The path of Grace will paradoxically feel like a refreshing breath of air, and yet at the same time  it will inflict a gnawing pain in the pit of one’s belly. These signals are demonstrative of the intensity of the work one has to do on oneself, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. There are no orthodox and conventional constructs of spirituality. There will be no bell clanging, ‘Holier than Thou’ Teacher who will sedate the mind and self, and intoxicate the seeker with incense. On the contrary, the Truth Teacher will be a catalyst towards pulling the egoic self out of the student. The Truth Teacher will ‘push your buttons,’ ‘touch a nerve’ and challenge the archaic conditioning of the self. At times many students feel that this is an antagonistic attack on them, and their sense of well being. On the contrary, the Truth Teacher is an embodiment of love and only offers the Divine Wisdom as a remedy for the betterment of the sleeping and sick self.

The internal battle begins, the real Jihad, begins. The renunciation of the false egoic self, it reveals it’s face like never before. The transmission of Naam, acts like a Pandoras Box and begins to surface the dormant demons and suppressed shadows from within. This is the battle of self – annihilation, self – victory, self – mastery, self – responsibility and self – ownership. Only those who are pre – destined to walk this path will strive towards confronting their shadows, their fears, their inadequacies, their mental sicknesses.  A path for those who relish and delight in self – evolution. Indeed, perhaps not a path for the faint hearted, the meek and those that choose to simply just get by, the fringe dwellers. Or, those who intend to be sedated, and seduced by the illusionary force, Maya.

Those designated individuals who stumble across the path of Grace, either by design or by default. Albeit, that there are no accidents and that there are no coincidences. Are incredibly fortunate, incredibly blessed to experience it. The Truth is the paramount, utmost reality. It quenches the tiresome thirst, satiates the unequivocal depths of hunger. It annihilates the cumbersome thought processes and habitual operas mundi. It consolidates the mind, body and soul to resonate at the highest vibratory frequency. As an embodiment of Supreme Source.  It is perhaps a tragedy if one is not able to at times, view their vulnerabilities and frailties in jovial jest. For the irony is that everything is a positive, positive. The Great Masters know the play of the Divine Comedy. That is why Baba Ji’s triumphant laughter resonates throughout the Universe. 

The Truth Teacher holds the student in the highest esteem, Baba Ji says, ‘The student is my Master, I want my students to go beyond me.’ Dassan Dass Ji, is one such student. The perfect student who has become a Great Master. I recollect the most auspicious occasion of being in the presence of the Master and bowing at His most divine and sublime feet. I placed my forehead at the Great Master’s feet. There was an immense feeling of serenity and tranquility, in that moment time ceased to exist. Within seconds the inner eye awakened. It was then that the utmost reality of this Beloved soul, and who He really was, was revealed. They were the One and the Same. The Divine wisdom was evident, He was the same manifestation, the same embodiment as the Supreme Being of Light in the Universe, the embodiment of Supreme Love. He was constructed of intricate light explosions, solar explosions, and crystalline light clusters. A vast amount of superfluous, crystalline diamante and golden light emanated from His abode. He was illuminated, engulfed and saturated from within, and without. The visual, celestial extravaganza of illustrious light radiance was like a symphony for the eye. I exalted this Beloved Divine Supreme Being with a childish joy of delight and elation. There was no elusiveness, no mystery, everything was perfect, everything was Divine.

Indeed, the path is both arduous and challenging, one cannot deny that. However, the Warrior forges the intent to transcend the limitations of the egoic self, to exalt and bask in the supremacy of Truth. The Warrior pushes his/her own, self – imposed boundaries to experience exponential evolution of the self. The warrior braves adversity.The Warrior sits amidst the crushing crucible and surrenders to the Truth. For then, the Warrior shall be resurrected and will rise in victory and valour, and glorification of Supreme Source. The warrior does not choose the path of least resistance.

On the path of Grace we celebrate the miracle of life, the miracle of our very own breath, the miracle of an heartfelt smile. The miracle of an exhilarating embrace. We celebrate the miracle of the Life force. We celebrate the miracle of existence and the intrinsic, integral right of every single individual on this orbiting planet to live from their Highest Divine Truth.
