'The basic difference between an ordinary man and a warrior is that a warrior takes everything as a challenge, while an ordinary man takes everything as a blessing or a curse' - Carlos Castaneda

Over the recent weeks, I have been asked by fellow Truth Seekers the question, on how to acccess a deeper states of concentration, awareness, and the ability to become an effective meditator. As well as stopping the distraction from external bombardment and onslaught ?The path of sage translates to a way of life. The more committed one becomes in their pursuit of self - realisation, and self - understanding. The  alchemical transmutation process, from our former conditioning, brain chemistry, and thought patterns, transcends and transmutes into an elevated frequency. The more deeper we go into the meditative space within our own self, the easier and more natural it becomes, for us to live from, an organic, innate state of 'no mind'. We are then able to access it, in our day to day lives.

The  old adage, 'no mind'.  This statement conjures up the cliche imagery of the ancient  Zen or Eastern Master with his long flowing white beard, his serene, wise face, his ethereal demeanour. Ancient and old as time, full of the, joviality of youth. The ancient Masters were aware of the state of being, called 'no mind'. Instead of incessant thinking, the habitual operatus mundi, they are able shift into the internal state of deep space, vastness, nothingness.  In a recent and much anticipated Divine discourse with Master Tanraj ji, he asked me to close my eyes and said, 'feel the peace, feel your true nature.' He then asked me to open my eyes and witness the false reality that was around me. He said, that, 'from the space of Nothingness, there was only infinite proportions of love, infinite proportions of compassion, infinite proportions of humility, and that we can live from this state, our every moment. He said, that, ' You are already it.  You just have realise it. You are God.'  I smiled in reverie at the Truth which had been so generously gifted to me. Were all those years in the pursuit for self - enlightenment futile?  The Master, replied, 'Nothing is wasted, everything matters, no matter how small.' Previously, I had understood those words only, intellectually.  What the Master did, in His transmission of Truth, was to pierce my Heart, He imparted the Divine wisdom to my heart. There was nothing to intellectualize, there was nothing decipher. There was no mystique. It was clear and apparent as day.

We are all constructed from the same essence, the same Supreme Source, that means that, we all have the same potential for self - realisation. Firstly, one has to take responsibility and ownership of their current situation and then strive to achieve utmost betterment of the self. Meditation is simply not for those designated hours between 5 - 6 am. Meditation is a way of life, a way of being, a way of existing. Every area of our lives has to be examined and evaluated, to view if it is  our path of highest power. The following are a set of practical steps which I have found useful.

1. Talking to and accessing the divine wisdom of great Teachers, those men and women who are champions, and then taking the steps to applying the divine wisdom into one's daily life.

2. Movement of the body as inertia causes stagnation. Everyday strive to perform exercise. Clear the cellular programming.

3. Breathe, when under pressure or moments stress, slow your breathing down.

4. Diet ensure that the food you consume is in harmony with your body and mindset.

5. Nutrients, ensure your body is adequately supplied with the correct cocktail of nutrients for the mind/ body chemistry, to function coherently. Nutrients to assist the brain are Co enzyme Q-10, Gingko Biloba.

6. Eat regularly, carry healthy snacks around with you to help maintatin your sugar levels. The lack of food will cause Hypoglycemia and lead to the fluctation in mood swings. Which may lead to feelings of self - pity and depression.

7.  Drinking water for clarity of thought. Lack of it causes dizziness, memory loss, headaches. The master glands in the brain, the hypothalmus, pineal and pituary are the glands associated with enlightenment cannot function if they are dehydrated.

8. Thoughts,  become aware of your internal thought processes, and try to resolve habitual negative thinking early in it's tracks. You become what you think, and are the sum total, reality of your thoughts.

9. Saturate yourself with Truth discourse. Whilst in the workplace spend your lunch time listening to it, and refrain from indulging in idle gossip and work politics. That way you can resume with the latter, half of your working day, with renewed vigour.

10. Expand, seek education, expansion and evolution of the self.

11. Recognition of negative behavioural/ thought processes, patterns/ thinking.  Acknowledging the shadow self and taking steps to stop it's seduction.

12. Habitual supplication for grace/ guidance and offering gratitude.

13. Silence throughout the day, that means abstinence from speech, and then silencing the thoughts. Arising at 12:30 am  to connect with Source and resonate the Truth Name. This is dedicated, allocated space for self - understanding.

14. External influences, that means no exposure to mediochre, mundane media.

We have all  been told by scientific research, that the human brain is only utilising between 4 - 7% of it's optium brain functionality. However, the elevated Truth Teachers are functioning from  all of the optium brain potential, their neural networks, meridians and pathways are not dormant or suppressed. Make sure that your not one of those individuals who is  statistically, currently operating only from  4 - 7 % of their brain capacity. Ask your self if you have the drive, the determination, the gusto, and the guts,  to travel a, ' road less travelled' and glorify Source.

I bow to Baba Ji, all of my Truth Teachers, and what magnificent, magnimous, supreme Teachers they all are. I bow to all of life's teachers, who brought me to this point. The point of no return.
