We experience the physical reality through sight, taste, smell, sound, touch. Albeit, that we are having a physical experience we are ,spiritual beings.We are existing in a tangible Universe of matter. Too just, say that I am this body, I am this personality, I am these thoughts, is not wholly correct. Too just experience the physicality alone, would be too deny our totality, our ultimate potential. Our totality is that we are Source, that is our highest experience. We have forgotten, who we are, stuck & stagnant under millieau of eons of existences under a psychic debris, that has warped our thinking, perceptions & actions. It has dulled our spiritual edge, turned the human species into drones, non - thinkers and passive participants in their lives.

When the Masterclass was advertised in November 2009. I felt a massive explosive energy in my navel centre, and I felt right to partake in it. I wanted to experience myself, have exponential growth and learning. My background is from the Eastern school of thought, Qigong, Tibetan, Kundalini and Yogic, breathwork, asanas and energy work. I am used to standing in static postures, standing my ground, cultivating, and harnessing energy, and moving in a meditative state. 

From the moment you step into the room, Geoff's presence dominates the space, his energy touches every single heart. The room is oscillating and vibrating with the frequency of love. It is a sacred space of transmutation and alchemical growth. In that space there are some, world - class premier, elite athletes. Their identities are slowly unravelled over the weeks. Humility goes along way and Geoff treats everyone equally.It is the domain of the Warriors and when your in that arena, you will learn a thing, or  two about yourself. Indeed, you may examine the physical arenas of relationships, workplace, ambitions, finances. However,it is so much more than, just that, the potent power which Geoff transmits, shifts you on a quantum, cellular, and consciousness frequency. The shifts are felt,  both instantaneously and miraculously both on a micro cellular level and on the macro, universal level. The energy is phenomenal, it is electric, it is charged, it leaves you feeling totally alive. It awakens dormant, parts of the psyche and enables oneself to access a vast supply of inner knowing, and Truth about the capacity of the self.

I went to the Masterclass empty with a beginners mind, with nothing to loose and everything to gain. I left my preconcieved conceptions, paradigms, and a chrysalis  part of myself, at the door. We began the pre - emptive striking. I felt so much inertia & resistance to strike, I felt out of my depth, out of the safety of my school of thought. I could not attain coherence and connection with my mind and body. My internal mind chatter, 'you punch like a girl.' During the break I did some tapping  EFT |(emotional freedom technique) and felt more of a flow, after taming the, self - sabotaging, self - talk.

From the very first class I felt somewhat different within myself, like a cathartic shift from within. An expansive space within, moving outwards. I learnt the age old lesson again that, the issue is never external to us and that growth is always about ourselves. That growth is paramount and far outweighs the uncomfortableness, and aching pains we experience. Often whilst, at the class, I pause and just, absorb the energy generated in the space. The room echoes with the sound of 'hhusssssssssss', and fists hitting the pads.

It is not, 'I am doing this', but rather, an inner realization that 'this is happening through me,' or 'it is doing this for me.' The striking works on the tan tien in martial arts, the second brain in Qigong and the Manipura chakra in sanskrit for the Yogis.The Manipura chakra is associated with life force energy, fire energy, health, creativity, abundance and prosperity. It houses the realisation of dreams waiting too manifest. It is therefore, not suprising that this is the power centre for the woman, from whence, she gives birth to ideas, and life. When there is a build up of tension and stress in this region it causes, ulcers, blocks, cysts, fertility complications.It is paramount that both men and women channel this energy intelligently. For Shamans it is the centre of power, and is a connection point between the earth and the higher realms. The energy travels from the tan tien to the lungs, in Qigong the lungs are associated with sadness, storing grief and melancholy. The heart chakra is in this region, it resonates the frequency of love, unconditional love, compassion, empathy and care. The expelling of air creates an emotional release as it dissipates any blocks in this region. Just as the punch is generated. The release of energy is vocally expressed through the throat centre, the centre associated with the expression of the self, speaking one's Truth, and honoring oneself. Thus, striking works on the physical, mental and emotional levels of the self. Hence, the cathartic shift is experienced. Geoff teaches to perfect one move, and use it as an analogy to move through life.

The class/training  breaks the shackles both mental and  physical. It is an intense, dynamic, creative way for the student to understand themselves, and their connection to Source and the Internal, Eternal Teacher, within. Geoff is also a modern day Maslow, not only does he teach from example, he also, imparts the wisdom and knowledge, on how to manifest as a 'self - actualized ' individual. We can use the following points to 'self - actualize' whilst, attending the class, and in all arenas of our lives.

The Eight Step Process to experience Self - Actualization

1. Immerse yourself in the energy of the experience.

2. The is no comfort in mediochrity and drudgery, step out of fear and risk, into the arena of growth.

3. Disregard external forces and experience the entirety, of the situation with an internal mindset of Truth.

4. When in doubt, look at yourself and be honest with yourself. Take responsibility and ownership for yourself.

5. Express yourself. Be willing to be unpopular. At least then you are being your authentic self, and not pretending to be liked or fit in.

6. Be scrupulous and realistic at looking at your potential. Your strengths and weaknesses.

7. Apply your energy intelligently and mindfully to everything no matter how insignificant.

8. Realistically define who you are, what you are and where you are going. Then apply the momentum and hard graft to achieving it.

What I really admire about Geoff is his, courage and honesty too express his vulnerability, that takes strength too. This quote always comes to mind.

I am in awe of  Geoff's  generosity, his spirit and open heartedness. I am humbled by his capacity to serve with so much strength, love and compassion. That he see's beyond the human form and is attempting to awaken the dormant Supreme within the other, and that at the same time he acknowledge's, that the other is no other than himself.

Geoff quotes, Castaneda quite frequently. But, Geoff too, is a Shaman Sorcerer, that bends the Holographic Universe for perpetual change. I believe that, he will be heralded as the Messiah for the Masses. His work, spirit and consciousness will touch the lives of millions of people around the planet.
