The Saint of Suburbia

The Living Saint maybe, closer than you think,
There maybe no need to travel to Mecca, or Carcassonne,
There maybe no need to travel to Lourdes or the Pyrenees,
There maybe no need to travel to the shrine of Mary Magadene, or the Wailing Wall,
There maybe need travel to the lost kingdoms of Angkor Wat, or the legendary Shrangri – La,
There maybe need travel to the caves of Tibet, or Himalayan mountains & monasteries,
Maybe, just maybe,
The Living Saint could be living in a concrete jungle,
In an utopia of skyscrapers,
In an oasis amongst  the chaos,
Amidst, the metropolis of bliss,
Superman, Superhero, the Saint of Suburbia.
