7 Habits of Highly Effective Spiritual People
Winners have a gameplan, they learn the rules fast & fiercely. They have a sense of urgency to achieve their goals & they rise to the challenge with a focused mindset. There will be times when one will feel swept away by the chaos, confusion & turbulence of trying situations one's in daily life. It is during these turbulent times that we grow the most. We develop our resilience, strength & clarity of thought. We are striving to continuously polish, refine & carve ourselves.
Our most difficult experiences & situations are our biggest Teachers. How do we overcome any inertia & resistance to grow & evolve when we are amidst our biggest struggle? By focusing on our spiritual goals. The realisation that we are aiming to become Nothing, Zero, & that we only have this life & this opportunity. We simply let go. When we enter a state of surrender, we release a portion of the issue from our psyche. We keep cleaning & surrendering, relentlessly until we attain the Zero state in all situations & just be in the moment.
‘Be complete within oneself’ - from the Persephone Myth
Are you ready to step up your gameplan & be pro - active in your spiritual evolution ? Are you ready to start investing in your Entrepreneurial energy account ? All the highly successful spiritual teachers, throughout the ages were aware of the winning strategies. Now you too can implement these strategies & let your spirit soar.
1. Meditation – The communion, connection & closeness to Source. Resonance of the Satnam coding. It reaps tremendous results when it is done prior to sleep because you clean the debris of the day & come into alignment with Source. You will also find it easier to awaken in the early hours from 1 am onwards & start the meditation. In the early stages it is Samadhi, it develops into an advanced state of Sunn Samadhi. One will enter a very deep, deep state of meditation, this will start to last through out the whole night. Sometimes, until one awakens in the morning. You will want this Samadhi to go on forever & ever & never cease.
2. Dandout – When we do Dandout we are bowing to the Highest Supreme, the Highest Potential the Highest Power in the individual. We are going into a physical state of Zero by placing our head at the feet of the individual. ‘Kar Dandout punn vadha hai’, ‘Do Dandout it is the highest service.’ When we arise in the morning we greet our day by doing Dandout to the Universe, Creation, every single cell & organism, the Perfect Teachers, the Source, & Naam. We begin & end our meditation by bowing. Bowing is a physical act of humility & gratitude. An act , we endeavour to do before we encounter every situation & person. This is a mental & physical appreciation & acknowledgement of the Highest Supreme in the other.
3. Dasvandh – A tenth of one’s earning is given to the Perfect Teacher. A gesture of your committment to serve the whole Universe. We are investing in our spiritual account. The future begins to become prosperous & abundant.
4. Service – These can be small selfless acts done throughout the day. Small tokens & gestures of kindness. By serving family members in the home. The home becomes a true place of worship, a living temple. It becomes very peaceful place, a healing haven, a tranquil sanctuary. By washing dishes & dusting shoes one brings humility into the heart. Dusting the slippers before meditation brings an immense amount of peace & enables one to concentrate. The physical act of service brings in humility whereby, there is less presence of the egoic mind, it becomes easier to enter a Zero state. The act of service is surrender. Whilst performing deeds of service it will feel like the Universe is breathing through you & that you are immersed in the harmonics of euphoric Angels.
‘When there is no more me left. Then it is all You ' - Baba Ji
5. Ardas – Continuous supplication of attaining a Zero state. Continuous repetition to the Source, ‘I am Nothing, I have Nothing, I know Nothing, I do Nothing.’ All is You. You are Everything. You do Everything, I am Nothing. All is You & You alone. Please come & reside in this body, this mind, this being, everything is Yours, I am the lowest of the low.’
Habitual supplication clears old data, mental viruses, mental traumas, mental patterns & begins to reprogram the subconscious mind to achieve a Zero state of being. We can enhance this supplication further by using the modalities EFT & NLP. Thus, bringing the mental, emotional & physical state into alignment. The negative emotional charge attached to the trauma, memory, emotion or experience comes into a neutral state. To feel the surge of positive energy in the body we can tap the meridian points with the coding Satnam. You will feel the results instantaneously. Thus, we are able to access & harness this immense power any time, any place in our daily lives.
6. Shukhranna – The Persian word for ‘Thank you’. Having an attitude of gratitude & silent blessing for everyone & everything that one experiences. A sense of well – being for everything that we encounter. When we give thanks, when we feel appreciation & demonstrate this we go into a Zero state. We open an unlimited space within us for more & more abundance & gratitude to flow.
7. The Perfect Teacher – Endeavour to develop a honest, open communication with the Perfect Teacher. For He/She will be guiding, assisting, mentoring & coaching you on every step of your way to realising your spiritual goals. One requires continuous support & assurance from the Perfect Teacher. The Perfect Teachers will have walked the path for a number of years & will be adept in translating spiritual knowledge & wisdom to your personal circumstances. In order to conquer some your issues you require a higher frequency of energy input. The communication of the Divine Wisdom begins to initiate your healing by changing your brain chemistry & thought waves. Whereby, a solution will be presented to you & it will be your choice to accept or decline.
