Millions of people around the planet are anticipating a New Age, a Golden Era, a shift in planetary alignment  & consciousness as we approach 2012,  the Mayan Prophecies, the Crystal Skulls & the Hopi prophecy. The Golden Age is already upon us. We  have already shifted into the Age of Information & Technology, never before has so much information been available to us. The Age of Global Communication, Global Interconnectedness, Global Consciousness. We will only survive this Age if we resume Global Responsibility & this starts with oneself. Baba Ji says that, ‘as the frequencies of the planet rise & the radioactive waves activate it is becoming very easy for normal people to become enlightened.’

The 1960’s  saw the rise of the Transcendental movement, the Maharishi phenomena, ancient  traditions & teachings from the East becoming very fashionable & bohemian  in the Western Hemisphere. This was a Shiva awakening, understanding spirituality through sexuality, stimulation & the repressed parts of one’s psyche. Thus, the usage of mind altering substances, to  get out of the self & enter a blissful state. 

When there is an overload of information & overthinking in the conscious mind it spills into the unconscious mind & the subconscious mind where it is stored. The brain cells start to degenerate as they become frazzled. People feel burnt out & stressed from the input of external information & their own destructive thought processes. They then release the pressure of an overloaded mind through external stimuli, addiction as well as substance addiction, compulsory thinking & imbalanced behaviour. Hence,  garbage in, garbage out.

We are subject to mass exposure & extreme bombardment from external forces in terms of media exposure & technology. Indeed, there have been some fantastic, technological advancements & everything has it’s place. How else would I be communicating this article. However, not to the extent that we become slaves to it.  Everyone thinks that they have risen to celebrity stardom & are in awe of themselves. Many people are now living alternate  realities, cyber realities, which are not a substitute for real interaction, real life.  As this phenomena increases it will  create a society of  chaos, confusion & immense delusional thinking.

Once again the supreme solution to relieving oneself of such mental sickness is silent resonance of the ultimate coding Satnam. When we meditate on Satnam we enter a state of Samadhi & Sunn Samadhi deep, deep states of meditation. We  enter a Void.  One feels like one has had a deep sleep & other times a short power nap & there is a sense of timelessness when one awakens. This deep state is filling the body with life force energy, Amrita, Naam, Prana, Chi & is rejuvenating the mind, body & self on multidimensional levels.

If the Universe is a big computer & the mind runs is in direct correlation & proximity to it & is made of the same genetic blueprint. However, the mind  has become  contaminated by mental viruses & mental debris over eons of existences. On the path of Gurprasad we are clearing the negative data stored in our mind  & reprogramming it with the Universal template of Love, Truth & Compassion.

The Naam starts to awaken the brain, the master glands, which are the pineal, pituary, the hypothalamus. The glands associated with enlightenment. The dormant, latent potential of the brain opens up. Also, the prefontal cortex, the part associated with prehistoric survival, the reptilian brain begins to deactivate. The crown chakra acts as an antennae & starts to draw in Universal Intelligence & Information. This is the centre of exquisite, euphoric, ecstatic bliss. The brain activates the nervous system & the neurological pathways in the brain centre open up, the nerve pathways, meridian pathways open up & the influx of energy is transported all around the body. The brain & nervous system become magnetically charged & thus carry the magnetic charge, magnetic coding around the body & one starts to exude the Naam frequency. Each cell starts to oscilliate to exude the Naam code & thus transmuting the genetics & DNA. In Bhagti (spiritual discipline)  this is termed as ‘Rom Rom’ (every cell & pore) & that, ‘My field (body) has become irrigated, saturated.’ The physical sensations are associated with  heat, coldness, sweating, heat in the palms & feet, a gentle breeze all over, or a pulsing, a racing, an influx of energy throughout the whole body.

The meditative process is enabling us to remember our original self. We are  are the Source. The Source is always in a deep state of Sunn Samadhi deeply, absorbed in itself, the state of,’Sunn Samadh Maha Parmanath.’ The state of ultimate Nothingness. The aspect of the Source that came into formation from it’s potent, creative, intelligence the Har, Har, Har energy. The Universe imploded & exploded within itself hence the, Big Bang theory & thus the evolutionary process began. Water began to flow, fertile forests & life form came into fruition, the 8.4 million lifecycle began, 4.2 million species below sea level & 4.2 million species on the land  Infinite permutations of the Source came into manifestation  in order for Him tself  to experience IHimself in a  multitude of multi facet formations, existences & permutations.

If we are the Source however, we are in a state of Amnesia. How do we get back to this state of origin ?  The ultimate strategy. We enter the meditative process, we reprogram & clear the mind, body & self by the Satnam code & we then instruct the mind to awaken & recognize it’s true place of origin.
