Innovation

Baba ji said, “the mind that lives in thoughts of the past and future gets eaten alive (means we waste all of our lifeforce energy (amrit) feel  drained and low all the time when we waste our energy thinking of past sorrows and pains or achievements, or future worries, hopes and dreams.)  But that doesn’t mean we should become dull and stagnant either.  We are all designed in our DNA to excel.  So that is why we look to innovate, to make things better, to raise our standards.  Which is good , but, which becomes bad if we get stuck in the desires and addiction of thoughts to make it come true.  We need to have the inspiration to have an innotative idea, but then pray to God to make us do as You wish.  Then that brings your mind back to peace.”

Baba ji said, “like the scientist who does research and get nowhere.  Then gives up internally.  At that point, God gives him an idea to try some new way, or makes him make what seems like a mistake.  Then the scientist has the breakthrough.  But, instead of telling the Truth, that he had given up then God gave him the idea, he takes the credit – ‘I did it – my research.’  Then he pursues Nobel prizes and huge payouts and prizes.  So God sits in his heart and watches and waits for him to get tired.  When he retires, gets old and looks back, he realises he still hasn’t got the inner satisfaction, even after achieving so much and makig so much money.  So then when he starts looking within, God starts helping him.”
